Senior Pastor - Darrell Benhardus
Darrell has been the Senior Pastor at North Haven Church since 1994. His passion is to help make the Bible accessible and relevant to people's everyday lives. Darrell and his wife Jeannie have two daughters, Kelly and Katy. Kelly and her husband, Jon Nuss, have a daughter, Chloe. He is a graduate of Crown College and Bethel Seminary and has done post-graduate studies at Yale University.

Associate Pastor - Rob Johnson
As the pastor for adult ministries, Rob's passion is to equip, empower, and encourage God's people for ministry. He oversees Small Groups, Adult Ministries, and Educational Opportunities. Rob is a graduate of Bethel Seminary and has served on the staff of vibrant churches in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He and his wife Terri have two children. When asked about North Haven, Rob states: "This church is an incredibly caring community . . . I am thrilled about what God is doing in our midst!"

Youth Pastor - Nick Whittenhall
Nick has been the Youth Pastor since the summer of 2003. He loves hanging out with students and teaching them to be disciples of Jesus Christ. His hobbies include reading, rock climbing, and spending time with his two sons, Noah and Eli. He also loves going to the movies with his wife, Mary.

Director of Worship Ministries - Marc Aune
Marc graduated from Bethel University in May 2002 with a B.Mus. in Applied Composition. He has worked full-time at North Haven Church since 2004. Marc and his wife, Sara Beth, live with their two cats, Folsom and Sophia, in Woodbury.

Director of Children's Ministries - Beth Flatten
Beth has been at North Haven since 1998. Her passion is that children will know God and grow in their faith. She is a graduate of Northwestern College in Roseville with degrees in both Bible and Elementary Education. Beth taught in St. Paul Schools seven years before she began her work with Children's Ministries and loves to read, take walks, and be with her family. Beth and her husband Jeff have three children.

Early Childhood Coordinator - Rebecca Sorensen
Rebecca's passion is to create an inviting and comfortable place for children to grow in the love of Christ. She has a degree in Early Childhood Special Education and taught in the Twin Cities for four years and abroad for two years. Rebecca and her husband, C.J., live in White Bear Lake with their son, Eric, and daughter, Annika.

Office Manager - Winnie Shaffer
Winnie has been the Office Manager at North Haven since September 2000. She was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Delaware, but loves Minnesota because of central time, the lakes, and seeing tax dollars at work for roads and parks. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and a master's from the College of William and Mary. She has been a widow since 1998 and has two children, Susan and Michael. Her passions are teaching (especially the Bible) and reading.

Bookkeeper - Karen Dreyer
Karen has been the bookkeeper at North Haven Church since January 2003.
Karen grew up here and has seen many changes in ministry over the years. She
enjoys children's and women's ministries. Karen lives in North St. Paul with
her husband, Steve, her son, Corey, and her daughter, Rachel.

Building Manager - Tim Peterson
No one knows the physical plant of North Haven as well as Tim does. Tim has attended North Haven since age four. His wife, Annette, also grew up in the church. They have three sons: Steve, Jon and Ben. Tim has worked at North Haven as Building Manager for 19 years.
